Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to or using Shared.tools. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these provisions.
Mandatory Policy Warnings: Account Sharing & VPNs
1. Account sharing is strictly prohibited: All memberships are single-user only. Detected multi-person usage or credential sharing results in instant permanent account ban without refund.
2. VPN & proxy usage is prohibited: The platform runs natively in standard browsers. Using VPNs, Tor, or proxies disrupts seat pools and triggers automatic security lockouts.
01.Acceptance & Service Nature
Shared.tools (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a shared cloud software hub enabling verified subscribers to access collective enterprise licenses and pooled subscriptions across generative AI platforms, SEO intelligence suites, and design repositories.
By creating an account, completing a subscription payment, or accessing any shared session link, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Shared.tools. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
02.Strict Single-User License & Prohibition of Account Sharing
Every subscription purchased on Shared.tools is issued as an individual, single-user license.
- Zero Tolerance for Credential Sharing: You may not share, rent, resell, transfer, or distribute your login credentials, magic links, session cookies, or launcher access to any third party, agency colleague, client, or family member.
- Concurrent Session Detection: Our servers actively monitor concurrent sessions, device hardware signatures, and geographical velocity. When an account is concurrently accessed from distinct locations or browsers, the system automatically terminates the session.
- Penalty: Accounts flagged for sharing or reselling will be permanently revoked with zero eligibility for refunds or appeal.
03.Prohibition of VPNs, Proxies, and Tor Nodes
Shared.tools is engineered with optimized cloud routing that operates natively and transparently in modern web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc) without latency or proxy requirements.
Strict Prohibition: The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), residential or data center proxies, Tor browser, or automated traffic-masking extensions while connected to Shared.tools is strictly prohibited.
VPNs trigger bot protection defenses and security blocks from downstream SaaS providers, endangering seat stability for all users. Accounts attempting to connect via detected VPN or commercial proxy networks will be automatically blocked by our firewall.
04.Billing, Cancellations & Strict 3-Day Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected during checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing portal to avoid any future renewals.
Strict 3-Day Refund Guarantee:
We offer a full refund only if requested within 3 days (72 hours) of your initial purchase date and if our technical team is unable to provide working tool access. 05.Shared Environment & Confidentiality
Shared.tools operates pooled enterprise shared seats to provide up to 90% savings compared to direct software retail rates.
- Do not input confidential trade secrets, customer financial data, personal health information (PHI), or passwords into shared tool sessions.
- Shared workspace projects and search queries may be visible to other subscribers on the same shared seat. Shared.tools is intended for asset generation, creative design, research, and non-sensitive production workflows.
- Any subscriber attempting to change passwords, tamper with billing profiles, delete shared project files, or disrupt tool availability will be instantly banned without recourse.
06.Fair Use & Automated Scraping Prohibition
To maintain high uptime and prevent vendor rate-limiting, all accounts are subject to fair use limits. Subscribers may not deploy automated scrapers, headless browsers, automated API harvesters, or bulk export scripts against shared seats.
07.Availability & Limitation of Liability
While we maintain proactive 24/7 uptime monitoring and redundancy, third-party software providers may occasionally update authentication policies, conduct unscheduled maintenance, or modify interfaces. Shared.tools provides services “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
