Zero Password Storage

We authenticate securely via Whop OAuth & OTP tokens without storing raw payment or banking details.

No Activity Selling

We never monetize, rent, or sell your search queries, prompts, or browsing activity to third-party data brokers.

Encrypted Transport

All communications and launcher requests are encrypted with modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.

01.Information We Collect

We limit collection strictly to information essential for authenticating your active subscription and safeguarding access pools:

  • Account Identification: Your Whop user ID, email address, and username provided through official OAuth authentication.
  • Session Security Telemetry: IP address, device user-agent, and session creation timestamps used strictly to detect concurrent multi-device logins and prevent account reselling.
  • Customer Support Inquiries: Logs of support conversations conducted via Crisp Live Chat, Discord tickets, or email.

02.Cookies & Local Storage Usage

We use secure, HTTP-only, encrypted session cookies (shared_tools_session) solely to maintain your signed-in state across page visits. We do not deploy third-party advertising tracking cookies or ad network beacons.

03.Shared Session Privacy Transparency

Shared.tools provides collective, pooled enterprise software accounts. Because multiple subscribers may access shared workspaces, you should not generate or save sensitive personal documents, proprietary unreleased patents, or confidential customer databases in shared platform workspaces.

04.Data Retention & User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You retain the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your account records. Upon cancellation and request, your session authentication tokens and support records are expunged from our active operational databases.
